The study of the stars and their correlation with earthly events has been studied by many cultures for over 2400 years! There is a synchronicity between the stars and our lives. If you know how to read the language of the stars, it will help you to flow with the cycles in play.

For example, Mercury goes direct on January 1st 2024. This is going to change the energy of how we enter the year. When a planet is retrograde, it’s meaning is introspective. Mercury governs the mind and communication. When Mercury is retrograde, it is a time of introspection, review and realignment. 

We will also end 2024 with a Mars retrograde. Mars governs our passion and egoic will. When Mars is retrograde, nothing moves fast. We are meant to sit with our passion and purpose and really discover what moves us now. We literally started off the year in an introspective state of hibernation and realignment. If you took the time to do nothing and felt like you didn’t want to do anything, you are exactly on time! And if you guilted and shamed yourself for not taking the holidays to be productive, well then you really need to learn about Astrology, because that is not what the Universe is asking of you

This is why Astrology is so helpful. It gives us permission to flow. And it helps us understand why we feel the way we do. It also gives us timelines for our lovely controlling mind to understand.

2024 is going to be a year that will ease us into the massive transitions happening in 2025. This is going to be a year of laying the foundations to hold the big changes ahead. Structures within us and outside of us will go through transformations. And in order for us to transform, something has to end for amazing new beginnings to come onto the scene.

We will also experience a once in 12 years aspect of Jupiter (the planet of expansion and optimism) coming to sit with Uranus (chaos, technology, and change) in the earthly grounded sign of Taurus. This is going to bring about big changes in the financial systems and new technology that supports the Earth will come to the surface.
