Babies are born with 2 innate fears:
Fear of falling
Fear of loud noises

All other fears, like spiders, snakes, or strangers, are learned through observation, experience, and cultural cues as they grow and interact with their environment, with the brain associating certain situations with danger.

Your brain learned that there is danger on the other side of your dreams. Maybe it is a fear of not belonging, not being able to hold success, or maybe even it is a fear of failure.

Whatever these fears are for you, you can feel them when you are tasked with doing something big.

Something outside your comfort zone.

Fear has a way of quietly running the show.

It delays your decisions.
It keeps you circling instead of choosing.
It convinces you to play smaller than your soul knows is true.

In Human Design, fear is not random.
It is not a personality flaw or something to push through.

Fear lives in three awareness centres that govern how we think, feel, and protect ourselves. These centres shape how you respond to uncertainty, change, visibility, intimacy, money, leadership, and growth.

When fear is misunderstood, it blocks momentum. When fear is understood, it becomes guidance.

Your Human Design shows exactly where fear shows up for you and how it is meant to mature into wisdom, clarity, and strength.

This is not mindset work. And it is not about forcing bravery. This is about safety, self-compassion and deep self-awareness.

When your nervous system does not feel safe, no amount of positive thinking will move you forward. Fear will keep pulling you back into old patterns, hesitation, and self-protection.

Naming Fear + Clarifying Your Success Goal

  • Identify your Success Goal for this season of your life
  • Understand how fear has been influencing your choices
  • Learn how fear shows up through the three awareness centres in Human Design
  • Begin shifting fear from obstacle to information

Your Fear Gates + Patterns

  • Explore the specific fear gates in your Human Design
  • Receive guidance on how your fear gates operate uniquely for you
  • Understand how these fears shape behavior, timing, and self-trust
  • Release self-judgment around your fear responses

Healing Fear Through Its Gift

  • Identify the hidden gift within your core fears
  • Learn how fear carries intelligence
  • Practice nervous system regulation to soften fear
  • Begin transforming fear into discernment and wisdom

This workshop is designed for women who have little to no knowledge about Human Design. No experience and knowledge required. I will provide you with the basic tools to understand your Human Design (including 2 personalized reports and a basics course), but to be clear this is a healing and empowerment workshop. Not a Human Design teaching workshop. Human Design will be a tool for which you will learn about yourself.
