Then we determine how to efficiently scale our models to grow our audience with less energy. Eventually we get to place of growing our systems and teams to call in greater levels of success. It is a continual cycle of expansion and contraction, growth and learning - exactly like the Moon cycle.
If we can plan using the natural rhythm of our cycles, we can expend less energy and have more success. We use energy efficiently and know when to take time to be creative, and when to be in expansion. We cannot be perpetually in expansion. That is just not sustainable. We as Soul-preneurs are busy helping people and we often forget to help ourselves. You may struggle with what to do and how to do it, and maybe even imposter syndrome and aren’t sure how to move to the next step of your business.

What is a Mastermind?
A Mastermind is a group of brilliant individuals that support one another with business ideas, challenges, and being able to see each other’s blind spot.
The Living With Purpose Mastermind will have one meeting each month where we discuss one area of business and then one meeting of hot seats (each member gets to share wins and struggles and ask for support with a project or personal problem they are facing) either around the topic or in whatever are the individual needs support with. Each call will have a replay. The Mastermind is meant to support your business, but it is also structured to support your growth both personally and professionally, as you are your company.
As a Soul-prenuer we often work alone and take courses in the areas we want to expand. Often these courses may feel hard to implement or above our ability to implement. I have taken so many business courses and implemented so many things that have either been great learning experiences or have brought me massive success (and have also been learning experiences)! Why not come together and share these learnings amongst ourselves to up-level our lives and businesses so that we can truly make an impact in the world.
Each person that accepts this invitation will be required to show up fully to every meeting, and of course there are exceptions. If you miss your hot seat, then you miss it. Our bi-weekly meetings will be recorded with a replay. Of course it is in your best interests to watch the reply before the next call so you can absorb the material and know where your fellow members are at in their journey. We show up for each other as we show up for ourselves. We are interconnected, no one greater or less than the other. Such is the structure of a Mastermind.
Quarterly planning meetings will be 2 hours in length with breakout rooms and hot seats to help drill down into offerings and planning launches, and problem solving.
